Broker relationship

Private Business Capital LLC acts solely as an intermediary between borrowers and third-party lenders. Our role is to evaluate your financing needs, identify potentially suitable lender options, assist in preparing application materials, and facilitate introductions. We are not a party to any loan agreement between you and a lender.

Any financing offer, term sheet, or commitment you receive is issued by the lender, not by us. We do not guarantee that a lender will approve your application or that any indicative terms will match the final terms offered.

No commitment to lend

Nothing communicated by Private Business Capital LLC — verbally, in writing, or on this website — constitutes a commitment to lend, a loan approval, or a guaranty of financing. All rates, loan amounts, advance rates, terms, and timelines presented are indicative only and subject to:

• Lender underwriting and credit approval
• Satisfactory review of financial statements and supporting documentation
• Property appraisal and environmental review (where applicable)
• Title and legal due diligence (where applicable)
• Execution of final loan documents

Compensation disclosure

Private Business Capital LLC may receive compensation from one or more of the following sources in connection with a financing transaction:

• Lender-paid fees: Some lenders pay a referral or origination fee to advisors upon closing a loan. Where this occurs, it will be disclosed to you prior to engagement.
• Client-paid advisory fees: In certain engagements, we charge a success fee payable by the client upon close. The amount and structure of any such fee will be set forth in a written engagement letter before we proceed.

We will not charge you undisclosed fees. You are entitled to ask about our compensation at any point before or during an engagement.

No legal, tax, or investment advice

Private Capital does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Information and analysis we provide is for general informational purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals — including legal counsel, a CPA, and a financial advisor — before making any financing decision.

Third-party lenders

We work with a network of independent lenders, including community banks, credit unions, CDFI lenders, SBA preferred lenders, bridge and private lenders, and equipment finance companies. We do not endorse any specific lender and make no representations about the financial condition or reliability of any lender we introduce you to. You are responsible for conducting your own diligence on any lender before accepting a loan offer.
