New York's mortgage broker licensing requirements under Article 12-D of the New York Banking Law apply to the brokering of residential mortgage loans. Because we do not arrange, negotiate, or solicit residential mortgage loans for consumers, we are not required to hold a New York State Department of Financial Services mortgage broker license for the services we provide.
We do not originate, underwrite, fund, or service any loans. We do not handle client funds.
We currently serve business borrowers located primarily in New York and the surrounding tri-state area. Where we work with borrowers or lenders in other states, we operate consistently with applicable state commercial lending advisory regulations.
