We text you only after you give express, affirmative consent. Consent is collected on our secure online application at apply.privatecapital.loans, at the "Review & sign" step. You actively check a consent box that is unchecked by default — the application cannot be submitted unless you check it. At that step you see this text-messaging disclosure:
